More about the role & team
You will be working in the industry leading Analytics division of Confluence focused on providing best of breed solutions to help our clients in the middle and front office to both meet their reporting needs and add value to the investment management process.
You will form part of the Sales Analytics team spanning continental Europe, complementing a team of Technical and non-Technical Sales professionals.
You will work with cutting-edge technology with a keen focus on the product. Whilst we grow and change, you will gain exposure and add value to product adaptations. You will also have the opportunity to travel.
Your core focus will be to operate in the pre-sales environment for opportunities with global asset managers/owners, service providers and allocators. The role is focused on our core Revolution product specialising in middle office focused performance, performance attribution and risk oversight for our EMEA and APAC clients and prospective clients.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will hold have knowledge within one or more of the following areas - Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Performance Measurement & Attribution.
Ideally you will have software pre-sales experience, however we will consider candidates from other job types if you can demonstrate the key attributes for the role, including the ability to network and build relationships with senior leaders at top global asset managers, wealth management and insurance providers, as you will become the key technical expert for our products and services.
You will be a fluent French speaker. Ideally we are also looking for German language, however this is not essential.

More about the Location
We offer flexible working options for all employees. We have an office in central Paris, however you will be able to work remotely.
There will be some travel with the role across continental Europe (upto 50%).
We will also consider candidates based in Milan.
