As a member of the Compliance, Reporting and Services (CRS) Sales Team you will be responsible for promoting the CRS Services and Solutions within your territory. Our products are a must-have in the industry, therefore this is an excellent long-term opportunity.
As a sales executive you will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and the Business Line Owners to develop a pipeline of opportunities in your territory, manage the opportunities through the sales process and contract closure.
Reporting into the Global Head of Sales CRS, this role is critical for expanding the CRS business in the territory. You will be responsible for the assigned quota for new sales and professional services into the existing client base and new accounts.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will hold demonstrable experience within business development, in a Senior Sales Executive capacity. You will have the skills and ability to support Confluence in retaining existing, as well as growing, net clients in 2023 and beyond.
Experience in Fintech/Regtech is essential, although knowledge of the Investment Management market is highly desirable. You will be comfortable contributing to the Go To Market strategy for this segment, pursuing leads in collaboration with Marketing, from emails and telephone calls to meetings and trade shows where appropriate. You will become an expert in all things Compliance, Reporting and Services (CRS), however there is no expectation of pre-existing knowledge in this arena.
