More about the role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a newly formed design team working on projects which are critical to our business, specifically the Performance and Risk Analytics division of Confluence. The projects are B2B SaaS applications which solve complex problems in the financial services industry. The Senior Product Designer will be involved in all aspects of design of these applications: research, ideation, prototyping/testing, and collaborating with development teams to build.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
We are looking for individuals who work in applications and enterprise/data-intensive applications.
You will have 5+ years of work experience in UX/Product Design, with a preference for Financial and analytics software. You will have a good understanding of best practices for web-based design as well as solid foundation in research, architecture foundation and interaction design principals. Experience with the organization and visualization of complicated numerical analytics
You can also quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes and other artifacts. Experience with WCAG accessibility standards is essential as well as experience facilitating multi-disciplinary design workshops and managing meetings.
You will have experience with of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Invision, etc.), a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, frameworks/components, etc.). Agile methodologies is highly desirable, but not essential.
You will be required to have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

This role could be either remote or hybrid. We have several offices in London.
Who will I work with?
There are multiple teams involved: the Analytics product and technical leaders, and the design team that we are forming, and then there is the general Analytics dev/product organization.
