More about the role & team
The core focus will be Managing the Regions Enterprise Sales Director team retaining and selling to global asset managers/owners, service providers and allocators by building and growing relationships with senior level decision makers. Via solution selling, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Confluence’s solutions and services by making thoughtful recommendations to help clients/prospects achieve better business outcomes.
In addition to revenue responsibility, the Manager’s responsibilities include mentoring salespeople, developing tactical sales and renewal plans and leading sales initiatives for the broader organization. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority. You will help our salespeople develop their skills and achieve their quotas. Performance is based on achievement of quarterly revenue targets, as well as the number of client meetings attained in the region.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will hold 10 years’ experience within Enterprise Sales for a Financial Services/Fintech organisation, including 5 years’ experience managing teams. Ideally, you will have knowledge and exposure within investment management solutions, specifically Analytics.
You will have proven experience managing pipeline and hitting Sales & Retention Targets, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.

We offer flexible working options for all employees.
We are ideally looking for someone to be based between Boston and New York, however we will consider people as far as Chicago, New Jersey or Washington DC.
The role involves around 50% travel to visit clients and colleagues, both nationally and internationally.

Salary Range: $170,000 to $195,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
