More about the role & team

The Confluence Sales team is seeking a sales professional with 5+ years of experience of new and existing business development of SaaS based data and analytics sales in the financial services industries. If you are interested in a fast-paced environment and looking to expand your career, this role could be for you.  Your core focus will be selling to global asset managers/owners, service providers and allocators by building and growing relationships with senior level decision makers. Via solution selling, you will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Confluence’s solutions and services by making thoughtful recommendations to help clients/prospects achieve better business outcomes.   




What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

You will hold demonstrable experience within business development, in a Sales Executive capacity. You will have the skills and ability to support Confluence in retaining existing, as well as growing, net clients in 2023 and beyond.


Experience in Fintech/Regtech is essential, although knowledge of the Investment Management market is highly desirable. You will have some experience of enterprise sales experience including experience in selling software solutions or data to financial institutions.

Salary Range: 110,000k - 130,000K annually + any other benefits such as bonus

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors such as local market conditions and internal equity.
